Hi! I'm Rithwick Mosalikanti.

I’m a passionate educationist with an admiration for integrated systems thinking. I treat every new assignment as a fresh composition that delights everyone it touches.   


Over the past decade, my work in the education sector has spanned across grassroots change, nonprofit strategy, and corporate business development. My work typically sits at the intersection of market intelligence, strategic planning, partnership development, business positioning, product management and executive communication.

In my most recent stint, I played a key role to the discovery of 25+ market-first premium products, helped shape 6 marquee institutional partnerships, supported frameworks for 5x business growth, and built relationships across a 100+ college network. 

I now work independently with organizations that need structured thinking, credible synthesis, and practical support on growth planning and high-stakes communication.

Designed new-age programs and curriculum for top B-schools, delivered faculty-student joint workshops in design thinking for education innovation, immersed in school-community ecosystem and catalyzed innovation in municipal schools, taught Zoological Physics...

Engineering Feats

Trained in mechatronics and power transmission system, designed bio-mimetic human-powered submarine for international race, built high-efficiency low-cost air purifier for domestic purpose much before it became a common thing at homes and offices.  

Strategy and Leadership

Managed edtech alliances with premier institutes, led business development for launching new programs and scaling mature offerings, built conceptual frameworks for non-profit governance, developed playbooks for setting up and managing large scale strategic initiatives.

Research and Writing

Supported two senior industry leaders write a non-fiction on the story of India's digital payments revolution, slated to be released at the upcoming GFF in Mumbai, published articles in top media houses on topics like AI-human convergence, paper ceilings, and sustainability.
